Royal Mail strikes.

There are numerous ongoing strikes at Royal Mail throughout the month of December. This has caused delays in both UK and international delivery times. Please be aware that items may take a little longer than usual to arrive at the moment. This is unfortunately out of my control so please be patient and bear this in mind when making an order :-) Thank you.

Shipping.

Due to the current global COVID-19 crisis, shipping is taking a little longer than usual.

Updated shipping estimates:

North America: 1-5 weeks

Europe: 1-3 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks

UK - 3-5 working days

Dispatch.

I post out orders once a week, every TUESDAY. If you make an order on a Monday after 12pm, the order will be sent the following Tuesday. You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order has been posted out. If you have selected tracked shipping this is where you will find your tracking number.


Customs and Import fees.

Dependent on your country, you may have to pay customs and duties. Please make sure to check with your mail provider if this is the case before making an order, as the buyer is responsible for any fees. I wont be responsible for delays or fees due to customs. If you need help with any of this, send me a message and I will do my best to assist! If you refuse your parcel, any fees that are incurred will be deducted from your refund upon the order being returned to me. I am currently only accepting tracked shipping for orders to the EU.


Wheres my order?

Please see shipping estimates for country-specific details. Please wait the full estimate time before reaching out to me, the current global crisis has slowed postage up meaning your order is most likely on its way to you but is just taking a little while longer. Unfortunately if you have not opted for Tracked shipping at the checkout I cannot track your order and provide an exact location.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

As I am just a one person small business, I can’t accept responsibility for lost shipments internationally. In the very rare instance that your order has gone missing, drop me a message referencing your order number and I will endeavour to help you any way I can. I highly encourage you to opt for tracked shipment if you want peace of mind when ordering.

 

All sales are final. Its just me on my own running this small business, my online store does not accept returns or exchanges.
